Keeping the Favorites while moving a user from one group to another

All favorite demos and folders are specific to the user who has marked them as favorites. However, if the user moves from one group to another, there are some specifics.

  • A user moves from one group to another:
    • If the user still has access the the demo or folder marked as Favorite - The demos / folders  marked as favorites are still displayed and available for the user and they are still marked as favorites.
    • If the user no longer has access to the demo or folder marked as Favorite - The demos / folders  marked as favorites are no longer displayed and available for the user.
  • A reseller moves from one group to another:

The Favorites are no longer kept for the reseller.

    • If the reseller still has access the the demo or folder marked as Favorite - The demos / folders are still displayed and available for the reseller but they are no longer marked as favorites.
    • If the reseller no longer has access to the demo or folder marked as Favorite - The demos / folders marked as favorites are no longer displayed and available for the reseller.

The reseller user can still see their previously created favorites if they move back to the previous group where the favorites were created.
