DemoBoard Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Share demos with extra confidence knowing they are safe. Use two-factor authentication to have viewers identify to keep demos secure and data protected.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is available to add to your DemoBoards. When enabled, users will select themselves as one of the viewers in a DemoBoard. Then, they’ll receive a 6-digit code via email that they’ll need to enter in order to verify their identity.
*If a viewer is not on the DemoBoard, selecting "New Viewer" will prompt them to enter their name and email address. If their email matches the original recipient's domain or belongs to the same org, they will receive a 6-digit verification code via email.
Enable 2FA in your DemoBoards by navigating to Additional Options and toggling “Two Factor Authentication” to ‘ON’.
Select your name on the viewer list, and you’ll be notified that an email was sent with a 6-digit code.
Users will receive this email that includes the 6-digit code.
Enter the code and continue to the demo.
