How to filter your Manage Users Page for Easy Management

Learn how you can filter your Manage Users view to easily see the Users you need to edit

While the Manage Users page gives you a lot of great insight about the Users within your Account, it can be overwhelming and less useful when you have lots of Users and only need to manage a smaller subset of them. Within the Manage Users page you can filter your view by several different categories to narrow your view and more easily manage a specific set of Users.

You can access the Manage Users page by selecting the gear icon () and then selecting 'Manage Users & Access':

ROLE

This filter allows you to view all Users that have a specific Role. Users with multiple Roles will show if one of their Roles is one you are filtering by

  • Pro Tip: You can adjust the Users Role from this page so you don't need to click into the User to edit them. Just select the Role drop-down to select the new Role you want to set the User with.

GROUP

This filter allows you to view all Users within a specific Group so you can review the Users of a certain Team:

  • Pro Tip: You can adjust the Users Group right from this page so you don't need to click into the User to edit them. Just select the Group drop-down to select the new Group you want to place the User in.

STATUS

This filter allows you to show only Enabled or Disabled Users, making it easy to view those Users that still have access to the platform:

SORTING

You can also Sort your view by any column (except for Actions), allowing you to easily order your view in a way that makes it easy to manage. Just click on the sort button next to the column header to sort the table in either direction:
