Hubspot - Mail Merge Demo Link

In this article, we are going to cover how to use the Mail Merge Demo Link with Hubspot to put together an email campaign. The Mail Merge Demo Link provides an easy solution to create personalized demos on the fly for every prospect that's a part of your email campaign.

1.  Give your Mail Merge campaign link a title, choose the demo that will be sent using this link and select the Hubspot Mail Merge format. 

2. You can also add notifiers which will allow senders to see the demolytics within their own Track Demos Sent, as well as receive email notifications for demos views from this Mail Merge Link. To add this information click the additional options button at the bottom of the page. 

3. Next, we will create an email template to send the demo in. 

4. Here you will craft the email you want to send out and you will place the mail merge link from Consensus in the body of the email.

5. You can also tie the URL to a button or image.

6. Now when you send your email to everyone on your Hubspot mailing list, the information will be pulled from the contact page in Hubspot and create a new personalized Demoboard.
