[Resolved] Consensus: Processing/Encoder Issues

[Update 7/22] 7/19-7/20 We experienced processing/encoding issues. All issues have been resolved, video uploading in Web-App is fully operational.

If you are still having issues as of 7/22 - here is our recommended course of action:

1. Our development team is creating a script that is slated to fix all corrupted video file issues we had 7/19-7/20. We expect all video files affected to be fixed by Morning of 7/26 - Mountain Time. 

2. You can also re-upload your videos to reprocess them if your prefer not to wait for script.
