Story Path Track Panel improvements

This Track Panel will only appear if the Tour contains elements with a story. This Track Panel enables tour viewers to seamlessly return to the main story path (if one exists) after exploring independent elements within the tour.

The Track Panel will display all the elements from the story path with steps (dots), so viewers can easily switch between the elements, by clicking on the dots.

Viewers can now also view tooltips for each step in the track panel when hover over the dot.
