Archiving Demos
Archive demos you no longer use (without losing the data)
Archiving hides a demo from the create flows (Demo Library, Create DemoBoard, Create Public Link) without deleting it or affecting viewers who already have access. Use it when a demo is outdated for new outreach but you want to keep historical data and active links working.
What archiving does NOT do
- Does not block existing viewers — anyone with a DemoBoard or Public Link to the demo can still watch it.
- Does not delete analytics — all view data remains and continues to record new views.
- Does not break sent DemoBoards — they keep working as before.
If you need to actually stop viewers from accessing a demo, unpublish it instead. Archiving is for cleaning up your team's create flow, not enforcing access cutoffs.
Archive a demo
- Click Library → Demos in the left sidebar.
- Find the demo. Hover the row, click the … More Actions menu.
- Choose Archive.

Demo Library — three-dots More Actions menu with the Archive option.
The demo immediately disappears from the Demo Library default view (which is filtered to "Hiding Archived Demos" by default).
Unarchive a demo
- Open the Demo Library.
- At the top of the table, find the purple "Hiding Archived Demos" filter chip. Click the X next to it to clear the filter.
- Archived demos appear at the end of the list. Use the search bar or scroll to find the one you want.
- In the Actions column, the box icon is the unarchive control. Click it to unarchive.
The demo returns to the active list and is once again available in the Create flows.
