Consensus for Salesloft

In this article we will review what you can do with the Consensus Salesloft plugin.

The Consensus Salesloft Plugin allows you to quickly and easily create DemoBoard links directly in Salesloft for both Direct AND Template (Mail Merge) emails. Simply select the Consensus icon at the bottom of your Direct or Template email to connect to your Consensus account and create a DemoBoard link you can insert directly into your message.

Direct Email Link Type:

This flow is used when sending a direct message to your existing Contact within Salesloft whether it is a mail you initiate from the person's profile or as a Task based on a manual email within one of your cadences:

1. Select the Demo you want to use for your DemoBoard invite

      1. Filter by  Demo Type to narrow down your search, or select immediately from the list of recent demo's you've used. Or,
      2. Use Search to easily find the Demo you are looking for within the selected tab (Recent, All, Single, Standard, etc)

2. Add your Contact's Info
   1. 
      
      1. Add others Stakeholders for this Opportunity to your DemoBoard by selecting the + button
         1. 
         2. 
            
            1. You can continue to add as many recipients for this DemoBoard invite you need!
      2. To remove a Recipient, hover over the Profile Icon and select the X icon.

3. Add your Personal Intro Video
   1. 
      
      1. the Plugin will use your Default PIV if you have one created.
      2. You can also create a Custom PIV that will be used for this DemoBoard only, just like within the Web App or in Consensus Snap!

               1. You can Upload a video or use the Consensus Snap Recorder to record a custom PIV for this DemoBoard
4. Select which DemoBoard link type to insert into your email!

      1. You can select from an Image Link, Button Link or Text Link for your message
         1. 
      2. Within the "Additional Options" section, you can also add other Users to the Notification and Access list, set the Contact Information, Enable/Disable No-view notifications, Set Expiration by days, and enable/disable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your DemoBoard.

5. Simply click "Insert" to add the DemoBoard link to your message body and that's it! Note, the demoboard link (image, button, or text) will be inserted wherever you last had your cursor in the message body. It is now ready to send to your Contact and any Views and Shares will track the same as creating the DemoBoard invite within the Consensus Web App.

 

Mail Merge (Template) Link Type (Templates and Snippets)

This link type allows you to add a DemoBoard Invitation link to your templates or Snippets within Salesloft, that use the Mail Merge codes within Salesloft to create a unique DemoBoard invite for each recipient the template is used to send an email to within your cadences.

1. Select the Demo you want to use for the DemoBoard invites created with your email template

      1. use Search to easily find the DemoBoard you are looking for
      2. Filter by Demo Type to narrow down your search
         1. 
            
            
2. Add your Personal Intro Video. This will be the PIV used for all DemoBoards created with this template.

      1. the Plugin will use your Default PIV if you have one created.
