Demo Viewer Settings

Global Demo Settings is where you can set up the settings for your Account that impact what functionalities your Users have when creating and sending demos, along with the Viewers experiences when engaging with your demos. These settings are organized by category to make it easy to find and understand how each setting will impact your Users and Viewers.

General Settings

These settings set the general behavior available for your Users, including areas such as setting Demo Themes that control the look and feel options of your demos, to  settings that allow them to set different internal triggers for notifications and expiration. When enabled, your Users will be able to set these elements as the DemoBoard invite level.

Sharing

Sharing settings allow you to control Viewer features within your demos such as Sharing to additional Stakeholders or sharing the demo through Social media

Privacy & Security

These settings allow you to control who can access your demos and what information they can see about others invited to a given DemoBoard. These settings allow you to protect both the privacy of your viewers and the content of your Demos.

Demolytics & Account Settings

This setting allows you to control which email domains should be registered as internal domains, allowing you to easily filter out internal engagement of your demos.
