Remove a recipient from a DemoBoard

You can remove individual recipients from a DemoBoard as long as more than one recipient is on it. (For DemoBoards with a single recipient, delete the whole DemoBoard instead — see "How to Delete a DemoBoard?")

Why you might do this

  • A duplicate recipient was added by accident.
  • A prospect left the company and shouldn't have access anymore.
  • A prospect requested to be removed for privacy / GDPR reasons.

Step-by-step

  • Open Track DemoBoards.
  • Find the DemoBoard. Click the link icon in the Actions column to jump into the View DemoBoard page.
  • Find the recipient you want to remove and click the X next to their name.
  • Confirm — you'll see a warning that the DemoBoard will no longer be available to that viewer.
  • Scroll down and click Save.

Track DemoBoards — the link icon in the Actions column opens the View DemoBoard page where you can remove recipients.

Important: removing a recipient deletes ALL of their viewing data for this DemoBoard. If they're re-added later (by you or another viewer), their previous views are not restored.
