Step 3 - Uploading and Organizing Content
Step 3 — Upload and organize your content
Step 3 of new-user onboarding. With your first demo uploaded in Step 2, this step is about building a content library that scales — uploading more demos, organizing them into folders, applying tags, and setting up access.
Build out your demo library
- Upload remaining demos via Create → pick a demo type.
- Each demo type works the same way: walk through the 6-step Demo Wizard, finalize, publish.
- See the dedicated articles for each type: "How to Create a Single Experience Demo", "How to Create a Standard Demo", "How to Create Discovery Demos".
Organize with folders
- Open Library → Demos → click Add Folder.
- Build a folder hierarchy that matches how your team will look for demos (by product, by audience, by campaign).
- Move demos into folders via the row actions menu → Move.
- See "Setting Up Your Demo Library" for the full folder strategy.
Tag for discovery
- Have an admin create tags in Settings → Global Demo Settings → Tag Management.
- Apply tags to each demo via the … menu → Edit Tags, or on Step 6 of the Demo Wizard.
- Use tags to filter the Demo Library, Create DemoBoard, and Create Public Link pages.
- See "Tagging - Tag Admin and Tag Assignment" for the tag system, "Search and Filter by Tags" for filtering basics.
Set access
- On Step 6 (Finalize) of each demo, configure Demo Access.
- Three access levels: Visible in Library, Self-Service Can Use, User/Group Access with specific permissions.
- See "Setting Up Your Demo Library" and "Roles & Permissions - Custom Roles" for full guidance.
What's next
You're done with the 3-step onboarding. Next up: send your first real demo to a real prospect, then review the Demolytics. See "Recommended First Steps" (Day 5) and "How to Create Public Links for Marketing?" for marketing-side follow-ups.
