What does Consensus consider a view?

Consensus registers a view the moment a user starts your demo. Whether they watch the entire experience or just the first few seconds of the intro, it is recorded as a single view.

You can view Total Views for your demos under Demolytics > Summary Demolytics. Select the demo or demos you want to report on and choose the desired date range. The Total Views metric includes all views from demos shared via DemoBoards as well as views from a Public link.
