Dynamic Tours HTML
What Is It?
Dynamic Tours now support HTML capture, giving you powerful new ways to customize and personalize your tours. In addition to the existing screen capture method, you can now capture HTML-based screens that allow you to edit text, swap images and logos, blur out sensitive or irrelevant elements, and enable full-page scrolling — all without re-recording.
Benefits
- Edit and personalize: Change names, logos, and text directly within your tour to tailor the experience to each prospect, without recording a new demo from scratch
- Protect sensitive data: Blur out PII, customer-specific information, or any elements you don't want viewers to see
- Full-page scrolling: Buyers can scroll through the full captured page at their own pace, creating a more natural, self-guided experience
- AI-powered enhancements: Leverage built-in AI to write call-out scripts, generate voiceover narration, and bulk-edit tour data (e.g., translate content, anonymize data, or tailor it to a specific industry or persona)
- Embeddable anywhere: Tours HTML can be embedded inside all Consensus demo types, including Discovery Demos
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What's the difference between Dynamic Tours HTML and the original Dynamic Tours?
A: The core experience is the same, but HTML capture adds the ability to edit text and images, blur elements, and enable full-page scrolling. If animations between clicks are important to your demo, screen capture may still be the better fit.
Q: Can I edit charts or graphs in a Dynamic Tour HTML?
A: Not at this time. Charts, graphs, and certain hardcoded UI elements like checkboxes and form field placeholders cannot be edited.
Q: Who can build Dynamic Tours HTML?
A: Users with Admin or Dynamic Tour Creator role permissions.
Q: Does this cost extra?
A: Dynamic Tours HTML is included with the Pro Tours license.

Demo Themes (Early Access — Available End of April)
Admins can request early access by filling out the form here.
What Is It?
Demo Themes introduces a centralized way to manage branding across all your Consensus demos. Admins can now create reusable themes — including logos, colors, and player branding — and users can apply them to any Single, Standard, or Discovery Demo in a single click. This replaces the need to configure branding individually for each demo, ensuring a consistent, on-brand experience at scale.
Benefits
- Consistent branding at scale: Define your brand once and apply it across your entire demo library with a single click, eliminating manual, per-demo branding configuration
- Faster demo creation: Demo creators spend less time on setup and more time building great content, with approved themes ready to apply immediately
- Admin control: Admins manage which themes are available to users, designate a default theme, and preview how branding appears across every step of the viewer journey before publishing
- Multi-brand support: Organizations can maintain multiple active themes, making it easy to manage branding for different teams, regions, or use cases from one place
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will my existing demos automatically switch to a new theme? A: No. Existing demos will retain their current branding until you choose to migrate them. Migration is permanent and cannot be reversed, so we recommend reviewing your themes before making the switch. Bulk migration is available via the Demo Library.
Q: Can Demo Themes be turned off after enabling? A: No — enabling Demo Themes at the org level is a one-way action. We recommend ensuring at least one theme is fully configured before your admin enables the feature.
Q: Are all demo types supported? A: Demo Themes supports Single, Standard, and Discovery demos. Advanced Branching demos are not supported in this release.
Q: When will Demo Themes be available? A: Demo Themes will be available for all customers at the end of April.

Discovery Demos & Tours — Full Screen + Navigation
What Is It?
Tours and Discovery Demos now play in a clean, full-screen experience with no dark wrapper and no "Let's Go" interstitial screen — demos load instantly when opened via a DemoBoard or public link. Additionally, Discovery Demos (Intelligent Flow) now include a built-in navigation bar, giving viewers the ability to move forward, go back, return to the beginning, and jump to any section via a table of contents.
Benefits
- Immersive, professional experience: A clean full-screen format removes visual clutter and delivers a more polished first impression for prospects and customers
- Instant demo access: No extra clicks or loading screens — buyers are dropped directly into the experience
- Self-guided navigation: Viewers can move through Discovery Demos at their own pace, revisit sections, and explore non-linearly without needing a live guide
- Greater confidence for unassisted sends: Send Discovery Demos via DemoBoards or public links knowing that buyers won't get stuck or lost in the experience
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which demo types are affected by the full-screen update? A: All asset types — Story Path Tours, Dynamic Tours, Intelligent Flow Discovery Demos, and Simulations — now play in full screen.
Q: Will the navigation bar always be visible? A: The navigation bar appears on hover, keeping the viewing experience clean and uninterrupted when not in use.
Q: Are "back to playlist" and "contact me" controls still available? A: Yes — those controls continue to appear on cursor movement, consistent with the existing hover behavior.
Get Started
To set up:
- No setup required. Full-screen playback and Discovery Demo navigation are automatically available for all applicable demos.
To use:
- Simply send or share your Tours or Discovery Demos as you normally would — the updated experience will be live for all viewers.
Analytics Endpoints for Consensus AI Agent Connect
What Is It?
Consensus AI Agent Connect now includes analytics endpoints, allowing you to query your Demolytics data through AI agents using plain, conversational language. Ask questions like "Which demos performed best last quarter?" or "Which buying group members are most engaged?" and get instant answers — no dashboard navigation or manual data exports required.
Benefits
- Instant, AI-powered insights — Ask any analytics question in natural language and get immediate answers, without building reports or navigating multiple dashboard views
- Flexible analysis — Go beyond predefined dashboard views to ask custom comparative questions tailored to your specific workflows and deal strategies
- Buying group visibility — Identify which stakeholders within a target account are most engaged, helping you prioritize follow-up and understand deal momentum
- Cross-platform intelligence — Combine Consensus analytics with data from other connected tools (like your CRM) for richer, more actionable reporting
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is this different from the Consensus analytics dashboards? A: The dashboards are great for standard reporting, but AI Agent analytics lets you ask custom questions that don't fit predefined views. You can also combine Consensus data with other connected platforms for more powerful cross-tool analysis.
Q: What analytics data is available? A: Currently available data includes demo performance metrics, customer engagement, buying group analytics, sales team performance rankings, and marketing campaign data.
Q: Do I need technical knowledge to use this? A: No. Simply ask questions in natural language through your AI agent (such as Claude with the Consensus MCP Server), and the agent will handle everything.
Q: Is there any configuration required? A: If you've already set up Consensus AI Agent Connect, no additional configuration is needed — analytics endpoints are automatically available.
Get Started
To set up:
- If you already have Consensus AI Agent Connect configured, analytics endpoints are available immediately — no additional setup required
- If you haven't set up AI Agent Connect yet, visit the Consensus MCP Server setup instructions to get started
To use:
- Through your AI agent, ask natural language questions about your demo data. Example queries:
- "Show me our top 5 performing demos from last month"
- "Which buying groups have the highest engagement with our security demos?"
- "What's the sales leaderboard for our team this quarter?"

Increased Video Upload Length Limit — Up to 3 Hours
What is it?
You can now upload videos up to 3 hours in length, up from the previous limit. This change was driven directly by customer feedback requesting support for longer-form content such as extended demos, webinars, and training recordings.
Previously, users with videos exceeding the old limit were required to trim or split their content before uploading. With this update, those workflows are no longer necessary for videos up to 3 hours long.
Increased Tag Limit per Demo — Up to 20 Tags
What is it?
Tag Admins and Tag Managers can now apply up to 20 tags per demo, doubled from the previous limit of 10. This update gives you greater flexibility when organizing and categorizing your demo library, making it easier to manage content at scale with more granular tagging.
Auto-Fill Recipient Details When Creating a DemoBoard from Outreach
What is it?
When creating a DemoBoard directly from within Outreach, the recipient's email address, first name, and last name are now automatically pre-filled using the contact information already entered in the "To" field of your Outreach email, allowing you to move faster and reduce the risk of data entry errors.
Show All Open Opportunities in the CRM Sync Dropdown
What is it?
When creating a DemoBoard, selecting an opportunity via CRM Sync will now automatically populate the associated account name and account owner fields, eliminating the need to manually look up and enter account details separately.
Password Auto-Fill Support on SNAP Login Screen
What is it?
The SNAP login screen now supports your browser's native password auto-fill, so when you enter your email address, your saved password will be automatically populated - no need to manually type it each time.
Add record button to homepage in SNAP
What is it?
The Record Video button is now prominently featured on the SNAP home page, making it faster and easier to start recording without navigating through the DemoBoard creation flow first.
