How many demos & tours can I upload to Consensus?

Demo and tour upload limits

There is no limit to the number of demos or tours you can create and upload in Consensus. Take advantage of the platform — upload all your video content, build a wide library across product areas, audiences, and campaigns, and let your sales and marketing teams pull from it.

No limit on:

• Number of demos in your account.
• Number of Dynamic Tours.
• Number of features per demo (though we recommend 5-7 for Standard Personalization Demos based on viewer-rating fatigue).
• Number of DemoBoards or Public Links generated from a demo.

A few practical caveats

• Per-feature video count — Standard Personalization Demos support one Long Video and optionally one Short Video per feature.
• Playlist length — DemoBoards can include up to 1 Advanced Branching Demo plus up to 15 Single Experience or Standard Personalization Demos in a single playlist.
• File size — individual video uploads have a per-file size cap. Consensus support can confirm the current limit if you're close.
