Setting up the Demo Library
The Library gives you four organized views of every demo in your account: My Demos, the shared Demo Library, Favorites, and Promoted demos. This article walks through each view, the filters that refine them, and the Folder controls that admins use to organize the Library.
Open the Library by clicking Library in the left-hand sidebar — it expands to show Demos and Dynamic Tours. This article covers the Demos sub-section.
My Demos
My Demos shows the demos you can use — meaning you have at least Can Use access to create DemoBoards or Public Links from them. The view has two parts: a Recents row at the top showing the last 20 demos you interacted with, and a searchable table with every demo you have access to.

My Demos — Recents row at the top, full table below.
Filter the My Demos table to narrow what you see:
- Type — Standard, Single Experience, Discovery, Advanced Branching, Vision, Micro, Webinar, or Tour.
- Tags — any tags an admin has applied to the demo.
- Owner — who created the demo.
- Folder — pick a Folder to scope the view.
- Favorites only.

My Demos filters panel — applied filters appear as purple badges above the table.
The Demo Library
The Demo Library shows every demo that has been added to the account-wide Library, whether or not you have Can Use access to it. It works like a real library: anyone can browse and request access to demos that interest them.

Demo Library table — showing folders alongside demos.
For demos you don't have access to, the row's actions menu lets you Follow the demo (receive an email when it's edited) or Request Access (the Demo Owner gets an email and can grant access). Demos configured with Self-Service Access automatically grant Can Use rights when you request them.

Demo Library filters — the same filter set as My Demos.
Favorites
Favorites shows every demo and folder you've favorited. Click the heart icon on any demo or folder to add it; click again to remove. Favorites are personal — every user has their own list.

Favorites view — a personal subset of demos and folders you've hearted.

Favorites filters — same filter pattern as the other tabs.
Promoted Demos
Promoted is the admin-curated shortlist. Admins flag specific demos as Promoted so reps know which demos are most current, on-brand, or campaign-aligned. Promoted demos also display a star icon when they show up elsewhere in the Library.

Promoted Demos — admin-curated demos surface here and carry a star icon site-wide.

Promoted filters — narrow the curated list the same way you do other tabs.
Demo Library Folders
Folders are how Content Managers and Admins organize the shared Demo Library. Folders also double as access controls — granting access to a folder grants Can Use access to the demos inside.
Creating folders
Click Add Folder at the top of the Demo Library to open the New Folder tray. By default the new folder is created under the folder you're currently viewing.

New Folder tray — set name, parent folder, and folder access.
Inside the New Folder tray you can configure:
- Folder Access — granted to Users or Groups; limited to Can Use only. Add subgroups so any group created under that group inherits Can Use access automatically.
- Follow — Users or Groups can follow a folder to receive an email whenever a demo is added or edited inside it (or any subfolder).
- Include Subgroups — when enabled, any group created under the parent group inherits Can Use access to the folder and its subfolders.
Adding demos to folders
There are two ways to put a demo into a folder:
- From the Demo Library — open the demo's actions menu and click Move to pick a destination folder.
- From the Demo Wizard — on the Finalize step, use the Folder dropdown to set or change the demo's folder.
Demo Permissions
A demo must be Published before it can be added to the Demo Library. Unpublished demos remain shareable with collaborators but won't appear to other users in the shared Library. Draft demos cannot be Published until you've completed the wizard.
Once published, demo access can be granted to specific Users, Groups, or Everyone. Per-user access levels:
- Can Use — create DemoBoards or Public Links from the demo.
- Can Edit — edit DemoPlayer elements (videos, documents, logos, colors, etc.).
- Can Manage — edit Finalize-step elements: Demo IDs, Demo Access, Visible in Demo Library, Publish state.
- Is Owner — Demo Owners can also Delete, Permanently Delete, and Restore demos.
Self-Service Can-Access is a special mode that grants Can Use rights automatically when a User clicks Request Access from the Library — useful when you want minimal friction inside your team.
