Anonymous View Tracking for Public Links
What is it?
We’ve upgraded the Public Link Details page to give you a complete picture of your demo performance. Previously, Public Links only showed an aggregate view count, making it difficult to distinguish between prospects who filled out your lead form and those who didn’t.
Now, your engagement data is automatically categorized into two clear groups:
- Qualified Leads: Viewers who identified themselves by completing the lead gate.
- Anonymous Views: Viewers who engaged with your demo but chose not to fill out the form.
At the top of your Public Link page, you’ll find a new data tile showing this split at a glance. Further down, a dedicated Anonymous Views table lists every session, complete with detailed heatmaps so you can see exactly where unidentified viewers are engaging or dropping off.
Benefits
- Full-Funnel Visibility: See the "true reach" of your content by capturing the volume of prospects in the "dark funnel" who haven't identified themselves yet.
- Lead Gate Optimization: By comparing anonymous views against qualified leads, you can measure your conversion rate. If anonymous views are high but leads are low, it’s a clear signal to simplify your form or move your CTA.
- Content Performance Validation: High anonymous engagement proves your content is valuable, even if conversion is low. This helps you distinguish between a "content problem" and a "form problem."
- Better Retargeting & Prioritization: Use anonymous engagement volume to justify retargeting spend or prioritize campaigns for specific regions or industries showing high interest.
- Zero Manual Work: No more exporting data to spreadsheets to calculate bounce rates. All the data you need to make decisions is now available directly within Consensus.
Set Up
No setup or admin configuration is required. This feature is instantly available for all active Public Links.
- To view this data, simply navigate to Track > Public Links and click on any link to enter the Details page.
- You will find the new breakdown tiles at the top and the Anonymous Views table located directly below the Qualified Leads table.
Frequently Aasked Questions
Q: What exactly counts as an "anonymous view"?
A: An anonymous view is recorded whenever a viewer opens a Public Link and starts the demo but does not submit the lead gate form.
Q: Will anonymous views show up in my CSV exports?
A: Currently, anonymous views are available exclusively on the Public Link Details page and are not included in the Qualified Leads CSV export.
Q: Does this change my "Total Views" count?
A: No. Your Total Views count remains the aggregate of all sessions. The new tiles simply break that total down into "Qualified" vs. "Anonymous" so you can see the conversion split.
Q: Can I see the identity of anonymous viewers?
A: No. Because these viewers did not fill out a lead form, they remain anonymous. However, you can still view their session data, including location, duration, and heatmap engagement.
Q: Is the heatmap different for anonymous viewers?
A: Not at all! You get the same deep-dive visibility into Date, Location, and Time Spent that you enjoy for identified leads, allowing you to see exactly how the "silent majority" is consuming your content.
Q: Are the anonymous views for my Public Link retroactive?
A: We display all anonymous views for Public links that have been created after January 1, 2020. For each of these, you will see data on views that happened after January 1, 2020. Public links older than that date won’t display historical anonymous view data.

Unified Dynamic Tour Library
What is it?
We are bringing your demo content closer together! Previously, Dynamic Tours lived in a separate ReachSuite interface, requiring you to switch back and forth between platforms to manage your content.
With the new Unified Dynamic Tour Library, all of your Dynamic Tours are now natively accessible directly within Consensus. Located in the left-hand navigation menu, this new library provides a familiar, table-based experience that mirrors your Consensus Demo Library. You can now search, sort, folder, and manage all your tours without ever leaving the app.
Benefits
- One Centralized Home: No more context-switching. Manage your Consensus demos and ReachSuite Dynamic Tours in one single ecosystem.
- Enterprise-Grade Organization: Use folders to categorize your tours, "Favorite" your most-used content, and use advanced filters to find exactly what you need in seconds.
- Cleaner Library Hygiene: Use the new Archive function to hide outdated tours without deleting them permanently. You can restore them at any time from the Archived tab.
- Instant Sharing: Copy a Dynamic Tour URL with a single click directly from the library row to share it with prospects immediately.
- Risk Mitigation: A new "Failed Tour" warning state identifies broken tours automatically, preventing you or your sales team from accidentally sharing a non-functional experience.
Set Up
No setup is required. All existing Dynamic Tours from your ReachSuite account have been automatically migrated to the new library. You can find them by navigating to the Library menu in the left-hand navigation bar and clicking Dynamic Tours.
How to Use
- Go to Library > Dynamic Tours.
- Click Add Folder to create a custom structure. Use the "three dots" (more menu) on any tour to move it into a folder.
- From the more menu, you can Duplicate, Rename, Archive, or Copy the URL.
- Clicking “Edit” will seamlessly open the tour in ReachSuite edit mode. Once you save your changes, the Consensus library is updated automatically.
FAQ
Q: Do my Dynamic Tour favorites show up in my regular Demo Library favorites?
A: No. To keep your workspace organized, Dynamic Tour favorites are kept separate and can be found in the "Favorites" tab within the Dynamic Tours section.
Q: Can I create a new Dynamic Tour from this library?
A: Not yet. Creating new Dynamic Tours still happens via the ReachSuite Chrome extension. The library is designed for managing, organizing, and sharing your existing tours.
Q: What happens to a tour when I archive it?
A: It is moved to the "Archived" tab and hidden from your active library. It is not deleted, so you can restore it to active status at any time.
Q: What does the warning icon mean?
A: This indicates the tour has encountered an error and cannot be played. To protect the buyer experience, these tours are non-clickable and cannot be shared until the issue is resolved or the tour is archived.
Q: Can I run an "Auto-Update" from here?
A: Yes! For non-HTML tours, you can trigger the Auto-Update feature directly from the more menu in the library table.

AI Tag Suggestions for Demos
What is it?
Keeping a large demo library organized can be a manual and time-consuming task. To help you maintain perfect library hygiene, we’ve introduced Smart Tag Suggestions.
Using AI, Consensus now analyzes your demo’s title, description, language, and folder location to recommend the most relevant tags from your existing library. These suggestions appear as visual "chips" during your normal workflow, allowing you to categorize your content with a single click.
Benefits
- Lightning-Fast Tagging: No more scrolling through long lists or trying to remember specific naming conventions. Relevant tags surface automatically exactly when you need them.
- Organization-Wide Consistency: The AI specifically recommends tags already established in your account. This ensures all team members use the same taxonomy, reducing "tag clutter" and duplicate categories.
- Improved Discoverability: When demos are tagged accurately, they are easier for Sellers to find and more relevant to Buyers. Better tagging leads to a more powerful search experience for everyone.
- Scalable Governance: As your library grows, maintaining order becomes harder. Smart Tag Suggestions make it easy for Content Managers to keep hundreds of demos organized without the heavy lifting.
Set Up
No complex configuration is required. To ensure you see suggestions:
- Check Permissions: Ensure you have Tag Admin or Tag Assignment permissions.
- Existing Library: The AI draws from your current tag list, so the feature works best when you have an established set of tags for the AI to choose from.
How to Use
You will see AI Suggestions in two primary places:
- In the Demo Library: Open the action menu for any demo and select Edit Tags. You’ll see the "AI Suggestions" section below the input field.
- During Demo Creation: When creating or editing a demo, navigate to the Tags field (Step 6). Suggestions will appear automatically.
Simply click a suggestion chip to apply it. If you want to see more options, click the Refresh icon to generate a new set of recommendations.
FAQ
Q: Will the AI create new tags I haven't set up yet?
A: No. To keep your library clean, the AI will only recommend tags that already exist in your organization’s library. It will never "invent" new tags.
Q: Why don’t I see any suggestions on a specific demo?
A: This usually happens if your organization hasn't created any tags yet, or if the demo already has all the most relevant tags applied. It can also occur if you do not have the required "Tag Admin" or "Tag Assignment" permissions.
Q: Can I still add tags manually?
A: Absolutely. AI suggestions are designed to assist you, not replace you. You can ignore the suggestions entirely and type/select tags manually as you always have.
Q: How many suggestions will I see at once?
A: The AI surfaces up to 5 suggestions at a time. If those aren't a perfect fit, you can click refresh to see a different set of recommendations.
Q: Does the AI "read" my video or tour content to suggest tags?
A: Currently, the AI generates suggestions based on the demo’s internal title, description, folder name, and language. Content-level signals (like transcripts) are planned for future updates!

Demo Themes - Now Available on All Accounts!
What Is It?
Demo Themes introduces a centralized way to manage branding across all your Consensus demos. Admins can now create reusable themes — including logos, colors, and player branding — and users can apply them to any Single, Standard, or Discovery Demo in a single click. This replaces the need to configure branding individually for each demo, ensuring a consistent, on-brand experience at scale.
Benefits
- Consistent branding at scale: Define your brand once and apply it across your entire demo library with a single click, eliminating manual, per-demo branding configuration
- Faster demo creation: Demo creators spend less time on setup and more time building great content, with approved themes ready to apply immediately
- Admin control: Admins manage which themes are available to users, designate a default theme, and preview how branding appears across every step of the viewer journey before publishing
- Multi-brand support: Organizations can maintain multiple active themes, making it easy to manage branding for different teams, regions, or use cases from one place
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will my existing demos automatically switch to a new theme? A: No. Existing demos will retain their current branding until you choose to migrate them. Migration is permanent and cannot be reversed, so we recommend reviewing your themes before making the switch. Bulk migration is available via the Demo Library.
Q: Can Demo Themes be turned off after enabling? A: No — enabling Demo Themes at the org level is a one-way action. We recommend ensuring at least one theme is fully configured before your admin enables the feature.
Q: Are all demo types supported? A: Demo Themes supports Single, Standard, and Discovery demos. Advanced Branching demos are not supported in this release.
Q: When will Demo Themes be available? A: Demo Themes will be available for all customers at the end of April.
Get Started
To set up:
- Admins should create and configure at least one theme before enabling Demo Themes for the organization
- Once ready, enable Demo Themes from the admin settings — note this action cannot be undone
- Set a default theme, which will be automatically applied to new demos going forward
To use:
- When building or editing a demo, select from your organization's available themes and apply in one click
- To migrate existing demos, use the bulk migration option available in the Demo Library

Native Email Sender for DemoBoards
What is it?
We’ve removed the friction from sharing DemoBoards by introducing native email sending. Previously, sending a DemoBoard required multiple steps: copying a link, switching to your email provider, and manually pasting it into a new message.
Now, you can send DemoBoards directly from the Consensus web app. Simply select your preferred provider (Gmail, Outlook, or your computer’s default email client) to launch a pre-populated message. This allows you to stay in your workflow and deliver personalized demos to your buyers in seconds, without ever having to copy-paste a link again.
Unified User Role Management
What is it?
We’ve simplified how your team accesses ReachSuite by introducing unified user role management. Previously, managing permissions across both ReachSuite and Consensus could be a manual, fragmented process.
Now, your Consensus user role serves as the single "source of truth" for your access to Dynamic Tours. By mapping ReachSuite permissions directly to your existing Consensus roles, we’ve created a seamless, automated experience:
- Admins & Content Managers: Automatically receive full management capabilities to create, edit, and organize Dynamic Tours.
- Standard Users (Senders/Trackers): Can immediately browse and share Dynamic Tours with prospects, ensuring they always have the right content at their fingertips without the risk of accidental edits.
This alignment ensures that your team’s permissions are always in sync, providing a more secure and governed environment for your demo content.
